Avinash is a distinguished technology leader specializing in SAP solutions, data & analytics, and enterprise applications. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has successfully led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, making significant contributions to cloud application innovation.
Prior to co-founding SYNCAIP, Avinash was with IBM for 17 years, where he played a key role in shaping their strategic approach to SAP analytics, planning, and forecasting. As a thought leader in Enterprise Performance Management, Avinash championed the adoption of SAC and SAP BPC on S/4HANA and BW/4HANA, helping to strengthen IBM’s market position in EPM.
At SYNCAIP, Avinash continues to drive digital transformation by delivering cutting-edge solutions for global enterprises. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a former professional table tennis player, securing titles as UK Corporate Games Champion and World Corporate Games Champion. He is also deeply committed to mentorship, training, and upskilling within the industry.
Om Shankar : Co-Founder
With over 23 years of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation, Om Shankar is the Co-Founder of Syncaip and a recognized expert in AI-driven ERP modernization, data intelligence, and cloud transformation.
His work spans finance transformation, AI-ready data platforms, and SAP S/4HANA implementations, delivering large-scale programs that integrate technology, people, and business outcomes across Oil & Gas, Professional Services, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods.
Passionate about humanizing enterprise AI and building future-ready teams, Om combines deep technical expertise with a strategic mindset and a hands-on delivery approach. Outside work, he enjoys family time, mentoring young professionals, and exploring new ideas that bridge technology with human creativity.
